2 day Professional Course Level 2

Our Professional Course level 2 is a two day course aimed at those detailing professionally or aiming to detail professionally.

The goal is to build confidence, improve efficiency, build skills and provide understanding on how to run a profitable valeting/ detailing business.
The course covers a number of topics such as:
Customer Journey – Enquiry conversations, inspection, booking and aftercare.
Ceramic coating – Packages, pricing, installs, efficient applications and quality control.
Sanding both by hand and machine,
Pad technology, correct priming, care and optimum use,
All polisher movements, rotary and forced rotation,
Business – knowing your costs to allow you to price correctly,
Social media management – systems to help
Systematic approaches- drop off, customer education, communication, vehicle inspection and checking work.

Each participant will receive a certificate of completion and be offered the opportunity to join our trainee forum as a method of after support post training.

Course is £400, link is for £175 deposit, balance will be paid on the day.
